A Team Built on Standards
Silcon Construction Inc. is a commercial general contractor and project management firm based in Scarborough, Ontario. We deliver renovation and construction services to tenants, landlords, and property managers across the GTA — in retail environments, office buildings, restaurants, industrial facilities, and everything in between.
When we bring someone on, it’s because there’s the right fit between what we need and what that person brings in terms of skills, attitude, and the standards we hold ourselves to on every job site.
Our work takes us into some of the GTA’s most demanding commercial environments — high-traffic retail centres, occupied office buildings, and active industrial facilities. The people who thrive here are those who show up prepared, communicate clearly, work safely, and take ownership of the results.

We are based in Scarborough and serve clients across the Greater Toronto Area. Candidates local to the GTA are strongly preferred.
How We Work
every site
We operate on job sites that require ISNetworld registration, Avetta compliance, and documented safety programs. That’s not overhead — it’s the baseline our clients expect and the standard we hold ourselves to, regardless of which client we’re working for. If you’re someone who takes that seriously, you’ll fit in here.
variety
Our work spans retail fit-outs in major GTA malls, tenant improvements in occupied office buildings, restaurant and food-service construction, industrial facility renovations, and washroom upgrades across all types of commercial properties. No two projects are identical, and the work stays interesting.
communicates
We run lean, and we communicate directly. Clients get regular updates throughout a project, and so does our team. If something isn’t right on site, we want to know — and we address it. There’s no value in silence on a construction site.
