This project involved a strategic back-to-base re-demise of a 4,300 sq. ft. retail space to support two incoming tenants. The work focused on efficient shell preparation, new infrastructure, and code-compliant separations to create independent, high-performance tenant environments. The final handover provided a turnkey white-box space optimized for future build-outs, functionality, and long-term operational success—all completed with minimal disruption in an active mall setting.

Project Execution – Step-by-Step Process

Pre-Construction & Planning
